Gallivant was founded by Timothy and Katherine with a shared belief - that the most memorable celebrations are created when exceptional hospitality and thoughtful design work together seamlessly.
Timothy’s background in fine dining and hospitality shaped a deep understanding of guest experience, service and the role food plays in bringing people together. Katherine’s passion for interiors and design brought a different perspective - one centred around atmosphere, beauty and the feeling a space creates.
Together, those foundations became Gallivant.
